Senior Architectural Technician

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly respected planning, design and architecture consultancy based in North Yorkshire.

This is an opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary team in their Skipton office delivering residential developments, masterplanning projects and place-making schemes across the UK.

The practice is recognised for its work in creating high-quality developments that respond sensitively to their surroundings, combining architecture, planning and landscape expertise to deliver successful projects from concept through to construction.

You’ll take a leading role in the technical delivery of residential projects, producing high-quality drawing packages and detailed construction information while collaborating closely with architects, planners and wider design teams.

They’re looking for: Senior Architectural Technician

• Significant experience within an architectural practice (residential experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Extensive experience in construction detailing and technical delivery
• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• Experience delivering site layouts and medium-sized housing schemes
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK construction methods and regulations
• Strong coordination and communication skills

What’s On Offer?

• Salary between £42,000 and £48,000, depending on your experience.
• Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office
