Senior Architectural Technician

Konker Group is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a growing, privately owned design practice near Henley-on-Thames.
 
If you’re a Senior Architectural Technician looking to work on exceptional private homes rather than repetitive developments, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering bespoke residential projects valued between £300,000 and £4 million across London and the Home Counties.
 
Working alongside architects, interior designers, joinery specialists and construction professionals, the Senior Architectural Technician will play a key role in developing detailed technical information and helping bring beautifully designed homes from concept through to completion.
 
The practice has grown organically through reputation and referrals, creating an impressive portfolio of high-end residential work and a strong pipeline of future projects.
 
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you’ll be responsible for producing and developing detailed technical drawings, construction information and specifications, coordinating with consultants and helping ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.
