Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Building Services
Apply nowStop looking for “graduate jobs.”
Start looking for your first engineering career.
Some consultancies will have you changing drawings for six months.
Others will let you loose on projects before you’re ready.
This isn’t either of those.
You’ll work directly alongside the Directors, learn from engineers who’ve built their careers designing buildings across healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors, and gradually take ownership of your own projects as your experience grows.
From office design to site surveys. From concept sketches to construction.
You’ll see the whole journey.
What you’ll get
- Up to £30,000 salary
- Hybrid & flexible working
- Real mentoring from experienced engineers
- Exposure to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services
- Interesting projects you’ll actually remember in a range of sectors
- A clear pathway to become an excellent Building Services Engineer
Who we’re looking for
- Someone with a Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Architectural Engineering degree who’s curious, ambitious and wants to learn.
- If you’ve used Revit, AutoCAD or other Building Services software—even better.
- Most importantly, we want someone who wants to build something bigger than their first job.
If you’re looking for somewhere you’ll be trusted, supported and developed—not just managed—let’s have a conversation.
