Senior CDM Health & Safety Advisor Billericay, Essex £55,000 to £65,000

A growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is hiring a Senior CDM H&S Advisor to join its established team. The work is varied, the projects are interesting, and the route forward is clear.

You will take ownership of CDM advisor and Principal Designer support duties across a mixed portfolio: commercial refurb, residential, education estates, and capital programmes for asset-rich clients.

The role: Senior CDM Health & Safety Advisor

• Advising clients (developers, architects, contractors, estates teams) on their duties under CDM 2015.
• Producing and reviewing Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and H&S Files.
• Running site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Delivering CDM and H&S training to colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Supporting BD: writing proposals, contributing to fee bids, building client confidence.

Experience needed for this Senior CDM Health & Safety Advisor

• A solid construction H&S background, ideally with some consultancy time behind you.
• Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 and wider UK H&S legislation.
• NEBOSH Construction (or equivalent), Tech IOSH minimum. Working towards Grad/Chartered IOSH is welcomed.
• Confident running client meetings and writing reports read.
• Full UK driving licence.
