Architectural Technician

Konker is working with a practice in Bristol who are looking for an Architectural Technician to join them on a 6-month contract to help with an increased workload due to new projects being confirmed.

This highly experienced, award-winning team delivers creative and innovative solutions for a diverse range of public and private sector organisations. They specialise in the healthcare sector, and have a client focussed approach to projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy practice working on live projects. You need to have strong Revit skills, with proven experience using it in practice, a good understanding of UK building regulations and technical detailing and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities: Architectural Technician

• Producing detailed technical drawings
• Working with an established project team to support delivery stages
• Preparing and coordinating technical packages
• Ensuring work is produced accurately and in line with project requirements
