Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Are you a Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking for a role where you have real involvement in projects from concept design through to managing projects on site to completion?

Konker is working with a multidisciplinary practice in Oxfordshire who on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team.

You will be working across a range of sectors including heritage, residential, education, and more, with a focus on sustainability and Passivhaus design.

Working collaboratively with urban designers and town planners to help shape the built environment this is an opportunity to gain exposure to more than just the architecture side of projects.

All employees are actively encouraged to push their career development further and you will be supported and mentored for becoming a fully qualified Architect.

About you: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• A Part 2 Architectural Assistant with at least two years of experience, ideally post qualification
• Have a passion for concept design and previous experience working on education and bespoke residential projects
• Bring proven experience working across RIBA stages
• Show the ability to work collaboratively and develop and understanding of client expectations
• Bring prior experience using Revit in practice

The salary range for this role is £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
