BIM Coordinator

Konker is recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join a RIBA practice, based in Harrogate, who specialise in Industrial, logistics and residential sectors.
 
This practice has recently moved to a brand-new office with easily commutable links from Leeds/Bradford etc and does not require travelling into central Harrogate. They also have an office in Leeds, which you can work from, except on Mondays when a whole team meeting is held in the Harrogate head office.
 
This RIBA practice of 25, has a strong order book and is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support them with an increased workload and growing digital delivery requirements. Therefore, investing in its BIM function and building a dedicated BIM coordination team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in shaping BIM processes, standards, and project delivery within a collaborative architectural environment.
 
You will work closely with project teams across multiple stages of delivery, supporting BIM coordination, model management, and digital workflows across a range of architectural projects.

The role would suit someone from an architectural or built-environment background, such as an Architectural Technologist, Architect, BIM Technician, or existing BIM Coordinator.
 
The Position: BIM Coordinator   

• Strong Revit experience is essential
• Experience coordinating BIM processes across project stages
• Good understanding of BIM standards and information management
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM Collab (or similar platforms) would be advantageous

The salary for this position could range between £35,000 to £40,000 depending on previous experience.
