Architectural Technician/Technologist

Konker is recruiting for an AJ100, RIBA Chartered architectural practice with over 140 years of experience.

Based in their Leeds office, this opportunity is for an Architectural Technologist to join the industrial team, delivering large scale (approximately £1.5 billion in value) industrial projects with a strong pipeline of work laid out for the next few years.

Suitable for someone with a couple of years experience who can work at pace, follow established design standards and has excellent Revit capabilities. In return, you’ll gain valuable experience within an established team and work on significant developments.

The practice works across a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Conservation & Heritage, Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Science & Labs, and Sports & Leisure. So future sector exposure and project opportunities are endless!!

The salary for this Architectural Technologist role ranges between £33,000 – £38,000, depending on your previous experience.
