Apply nowKonker is recruiting for an Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare architecture practices based on the outskirts of Preston.
This is a fabulous chance to join an AJ100 practice that has worked on some of the region’s most iconic and finest buildings.
Located in a beautifully converted barn space along with free on-site parking, you will get the chance to work on projects locally, regionally, and nationally. They provide architecture, interior design, and master-planning services to a wide range of clients. Along with some education and commercial projects.
The practice uses the latest software, graphically, and computer technologies. All new projects that come into the practice are worked on in Revit and the practice operates within a BIM environment (experience is preferred). Within them, there is 70 architectural staff of all different skill sets and experience.
The Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

The salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position is between £28,000-£32,000, depending on your previous experience.
