Konker Group is working with one of the leading house & care developers in the UK.

They are hiring for a Graduate/Junior Architectural Technologist to join them. 

At the moment, they have around 30 live projects starting across England and Wales.

You’ll become part of a five-person Construction Design team, receiving hands-on training, mentoring and exposure to projects from planning through to completion.

This role is great as you will be working alongside experienced Architectural Technologists, where you will produce technical drawings, develop construction details, coordinate with consultants and support projects through to site.

With around 90% of construction delivered in-house, you’ll gain experience across the full design and build process.

This role would suit a graduate or someone with up to two years’ experience in Architectural Technology who is keen to develop their technical knowledge and build confidence working with site teams and external consultants.

To Be Considered: Junior/Graduate Architectural Technologist 

• Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Graduate or up to two years’ industry experience
• AutoCAD experience is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop
