Architectural Assistant – London

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Assistant to join a well-established, multi-office architectural practice with a strong reputation in the residential sector.

The business works with major national housing developers and PLCs, delivering a wide range of projects across the UK. Their work includes open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living, offering exposure to large-scale and technically detailed residential schemes.

Their London office is a growing team of around 10 people, based in a spacious office with capacity for around 20.

This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with experienced Architects and Technologists while progressing your career within a supportive team.

The office is conveniently located close to the Waterloo line, with excellent transport links across London.

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you’ll work alongside Architects and Technologists on residential projects, supporting schemes from planning through to technical delivery.

You’ll gain exposure to a range of project stages while developing your technical and design skills. The practice also offers ongoing support and mentoring towards Part 3, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step towards qualification.

To Be Considered

• Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant.
• Around 2+ years’ experience working as a Part 2 within UK architectural practice.
• Previous experience working on residential projects.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Revit experience would be beneficial, although training and support can be provided.
• Keen to progress towards Part 3 qualification.
