Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Apply nowKonker is recruiting for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join a lively architectural practice based in York’s City Centre!
This RIBA Chartered Architectural practice is continuously growing and now requires an additional Part 1 Architectural Assistant to support the team.
Please note, this practice is looking to interview in early September and ideally for someone to start in September or October.
They have now grown to 20 staff and are based in their brand-new office that overlooks some historic landmarks in York.
At the heart of the business are two partners who have a wealth of experience in the commercial, residential, and care sectors. Both partners have won prestigious architectural awards in their careers.
For this Part 1 position, you will be supported and mentored by working alongside a senior member of the team. You will be working on later-living and retirement living projects, which the practice specialises in.
The Position: Part 1 Architectural Assistant
- Produce tender package drawings
- Assist within the busy practice
- Produce and assist with planning applications
- Produce information for site meetings and different RIBA stages
- Work closely with Senior Architects
- Attend site meetings with senior staff
- Used AutoCAD and Revit daily
The salary for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant position ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 depending on previous experience.
