If so, this could be worth a look.
We’re working with an established architectural practice in Manchester City Centre that is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team on a 14-month maternity cover contract, starting in November 2026.
This is a broad role offering plenty of autonomy across the marketing function, working closely with senior stakeholders and managing an existing Marketing Coordinator. There is also flexibility to consider candidates looking for between 3 and 5 days per week.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing and business development activity across the practice, helping to strengthen the brand, support new business opportunities and deliver engaging communications.
Responsibilities will include:
– Planning and delivering marketing and business development activity
– Managing and mentoring the Marketing Coordinator
– Coordinating bids, tenders and proposals from start to finish
– Managing website, social media, email and wider content activity
– Producing brochures, presentations and marketing collateral
– Supporting PR, awards, events and industry activity
– Managing CRM activity and supporting client engagement
– Working closely with senior stakeholders on wider business development opportunities
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You’ll ideally have:
– Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position
– Experience within architecture, property, construction, engineering or the wider built environment
– Strong B2B marketing and business development experience
– Experience with bids, tenders or proposals
– Strong content and copywriting skills
