An established London-based consultancy is hiring an Associate Architect to join its team. A senior leadership role with genuine influence, a varied portfolio, and the scope to shape how projects are delivered and how the London studio evolves.

You’ll lead live projects from feasibility through to delivery, hold senior client relationships, mentor architects and technologists, and contribute to the wider growth of the practice. A step up for someone ready for genuine ownership and a defined leadership path.

The Associate Architect role, day to day:

• Leading live projects across multiple RIBA stages, from feasibility through to delivery on site.
• Holding senior client relationships and representing the practice on complex briefs.
• Producing and reviewing design and technical packages, with oversight of quality and consistency.
• Mentoring architects, technologists and junior team members.
• Contributing to bids, fee proposals, and business development.
• Contributing to the wider strategic direction of the London studio.

What we’re looking for in an Associate Architect:

• ARB registered, RIBA Part 3 qualified.
• Several years of post-qualification experience, with a strong track record of running substantial projects.
• Confident client-facing, comfortable with commercial and contractual conversations.
• Strong Revit skills across live project delivery.
• Sector experience across public sector, commercial, education or residential would be useful.
• Genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role and helping steer the practice locally.
