An award-winning Architectural practice based in Exeter are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join them on a part-time basis.
 
The practice’s work is focussed within the residential sector, predominantly around large-scale bespoke homes, extensions and conversions under £1,000,000.
 
This position would suit someone looking for part-time work and the practice are open to discussing the number of days/ hours you would be open to working. Hybrid working is offered, you would be required to be in office a minimum of 60% of the time. Vectorworks and ArchiCAD are used in practice.
 
You will be joining a vibrant, collaborative team of 5 Architectural professionals in a bright, open plan office in the heart of Exeter.
 
The salary for this role is between £28K – £35K dependent on previous experience.
 
To be considered: Architectural Technician | Exeter

• Previous experience in an Architectural practice is required
• Should live within a commutable distance from Exeter
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD and Vectorworks is not essential but would be beneficial
• Ability to have autonomy and work independently would be preferred
