Chartered Architectural Technologist

Konker Group is working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to bring a Chartered Architectural Technologist into its Bristol team.
 
Based on the outskirts of the city, this is a practice with real depth, around 200 people across the UK delivering projects across healthcare, education, residential and retail.
 
You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where Architects, Technologists and Surveyors work closely together, giving you exposure to projects from early design through to delivery.
 
The workload is varied, but there’s a strong pipeline of technically interesting schemes, particularly within healthcare and education.
 
You’ll be involved across multiple RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery and project coordination.

• Produce detailed design drawings, technical packages and construction information
• Support planning and Building Regulations submissions
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

To Be Considered: Chartered Architectural Technologist

• Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) or working towards
• Strong experience across RIBA stages, particularly stages 4-7
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience.
