The Business:
Join a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency based in Liverpool, specialising in content creation, paid social, videography, social media marketing, SEO and web development.
Combining creative production with strategic paid media expertise, the agency works closely with brands to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, growth and ROI across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Google.
With continued growth and a strong pipeline of new business, they are now looking for a Paid Media Manager to head up the paid function and play a key role in the next phase of expansion.
The Role:
As Paid Media Manager, you will lead the agency’s paid media offering across paid social and paid search, working closely with a Paid Media Executive while remaining hands-on with campaign delivery and strategy.
This is a true 360 role where you will take ownership of campaigns from strategy and client communication through to optimisation, reporting and performance analysis. The role is heavily weighted towards paid social, although experience across paid search is also important.
You’ll work directly with a variety of exciting brands and clients, helping to develop high-performing campaigns while collaborating with internal creative and content teams to produce engaging advertising strategies that deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (most importantly), LinkedIn and Google Ads.
– Develop paid social strategies focused on growth, engagement and ROI & get hands-on with delivery.
– Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting.
– Collaborate with creative and content teams on campaign assets and strategy.
– Manage budgets, targeting strategies and audience segmentation.
– Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities.
– Contribute to the continued growth and development of the paid media function.
About You:
– 3+ years’ experience within paid media, PPC or paid social, ideally agency.
– Strong experience across paid social platforms including Meta and TikTok.
– Good understanding of Google Ads and paid search campaigns (preferable).
– Confident communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
– Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
– Proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
– Passion for digital marketing, creative campaigns and performance marketing.
The Package:
– £40,000 depending on experience.
– Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remote.
