Apply nowKonker is recruiting for a Senior Architect to join one of Exeter’s leading RIBA Architectural practices.
They are known for their high-quality designs and for utilising the latest technology in the industry.
As an RIBA Practice, they employ 25 staff, and they are currently working on some of the most exciting projects in the South West, including school academies, healthcare facilities, and masterplans!
They are looking for an Senior Architect in their Exeter office to help them expand further in the residential / housing sector.
As a practice, they have worked in this sector for a while, and they see an opportunity to develop and grow it further.
Their workload includes working on projects from Private Homes to Volume House Builders and everything in between.
Revit is used in practice, and having experience with this is desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, depending on previous experience.
