Architectural Technologist

A well-established architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its growing West Sussex studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2–5 years’ experience who enjoys technical delivery and wants to work across a varied portfolio of projects.

The studio delivers work across the education, commercial, automotive, residential, and retrofit sectors, with a strong focus on technical design, coordination, and project delivery.

The Role: Architectural Technologist

You will support the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages, producing high-quality technical information and coordinating with consultants and wider project teams. The role is heavily focused on technical detailing and delivery.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawing packages and construction information using Revit
• Assist with project coordination and technical problem-solving
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Support project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
• Attend project and site meetings where required

About You: Architectural Technologist 

• 2–5 years’ experience within an architectural practice
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Fully competent in Revit (essential)
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing
• Organised, proactive, and able to work within a collaborative team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
