Junior / Intermediate Architectural Technologist
Apply nowWe are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist to join a desirable practice that is based in Dorchester. They have been building and designing homes since 1939 and have a strong history of architecture and building services.
The CHAS accredited practice is respected to be unique as they obtain an on-site workshop where you will be able to see your designs come to life! They are seeking an individual to join their passionate and driven team to ultimately help drive the success of the practice.
They have recently expanded their in-house planning department which has led to a busy pipeline of planning and construction projects.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be involved in the planning and construction drawings of projects which vary in scale, from one-off houses to large urban developments.
You will have the primary focus of RIBA work stages 3-5, involving the creation and development of design proposals and planning applications.
Due to its remote location, you will require a full UK driving license.
The salary range for this role is £25,000 – £32,000

- Junior/intermediate level, with some practice experience desirable
- Technical drawings
- Site visits
- Tender packages
- AutoCAD
- Liaise with Lead Architects, contractors, and other business professionals
- Interest/experience in the residential sector
