Apply nowWe are on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a desirable practice that is based in Dorchester. They have been building and designing homes since 1939 and have a strong history of architecture and building services.
The CHAS accredited practice is respected to be unique as they obtain an on-site workshop where you will be able to see your designs come to life! They are seeking an individual to join their passionate and driven team to ultimately drive the success of the practice.
They have recently expanded their in-house planning department which has led to a busy pipeline of planning and construction projects.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be leading construction projects which vary in scale, from one-off houses to large urban developments.
Due to its remote location, you will require a full UK driving license.
The salary range for this role is £35,000 – £45,000
About you: Senior Architectural Technologist
- Strong experience working on projects in the residential sector
- Technical drawings
- Site visits
- Tender packages
- AutoCAD
- Liaise with Lead Architects, contractors, and other business professionals
- Lead construction projects
