Konker is working with an AJ100, RIBA & CIAT Chartered practice in Manchester who are looking for a Senior Architect to join their talented healthcare team.
You’ll be working on the practice’s biggest hospital project to date, directly alongside the Associate lead, with genuine opportunities to gain exposure to design-lead responsibilities and take ownership across the project.
The wider practice has a strong portfolio across healthcare and residential, including acute and mental healthcare, primary care, community hubs, private housing, affordable accommodation and high-rise residential.

They’re looking for an ARB-registered Architect with strong project leadership experience, good client skills and a solid technical understanding. Revit experience is desirable, but transferable 3D software skills will also be considered.
The salary for this role is between £40k to £55k, depending on your previous experience.
