Architectural Technician

Are you an Architectural Technician with 2 – 5 years of experience looking for a new role?

This practice has been established for over 25 years and works across the UK, they have grown to a medium size and are a friendly and dynamic architectural practice that is developing a reputation in the industry for their quality of design and the service offered to their clients.

They work primarily in the residential sector which includes multi-storey apartment buildings, student accommodation, retirement care, later-living, affordable housing, bespoke/private houses, and conservation homes.

 Requirements – Architectural Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience using Revit in practice – essential.
• Good working knowledge of planning and UK Building Regulations.
• Ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
• Experience producing working drawings packages across different projects.
• Be able to commute to central Leeds.
