Why this opportunity?
- Sustainability at the heart of the business – work on projects designed to reduce the environmental impact of buildings.
- Project ownership – take responsibility for your own projects and play an important role in their successful delivery.
- Career development – structured training, mentoring and opportunities to progress.
- Great work-life balance – flexible working with a strong focus on employee wellbeing.

About the company
We’re working with a sustainability and engineering-focused consultancy established around 9 years ago, now with 5 offices across the UK and approximately 90 employees.
Their core focus is reducing the environmental impact of buildings through better design, making this a great opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to work somewhere where sustainability isn’t just a buzzword.
They’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who can take ownership of projects, support colleagues and continue developing within the business.
They’re ideally looking for someone at Associate level, although they’re also open to considering Principal-level candidates depending on their experience and aspirations.
If you’re a Mechanical Engineer looking for a long-term career with a sustainability-focused consultancy, rather than simply your next job, I’d love to hear from you.
