Senior Architect

Konker is working with an AJ100, RIBA & CIAT Chartered practice in Manchester that is looking for a Senior Architect to join their talented healthcare & residential team.

You’ll be working on the practice’s healthcare and residential schemes directly alongside the Associate lead, with genuine opportunities to gain exposure to design-lead responsibilities and take ownership across the project.

The wider practice has a strong portfolio across healthcare and residential, including acute and mental healthcare, primary care, community hubs, private housing, affordable accommodation and low/medium-rise residential.

They’re looking for an ARB-registered Architect with strong project leadership experience, good client skills and a solid technical understanding. Revit experience is desirable, but transferable 3D software skills will also be considered.

The salary for this role is between £40k and £55k, depending on your previous experience.
