Project Architect

Konker is recruiting for a Project Architect to join a well-established RIBA practice in central Manchester.
 
With around 50 employees across multiple UK studios, the practice is known for its flexible working culture, commitment to low-carbon design, and professional development opportunities.
 
The Manchester office has a close-knit team of 10.

You’ll take the lead on a new-build teaching facility, overseeing the project from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. 
 
The Role: Project Architect

• Salary between £41,000 – £46,000
• Hybrid and flexible working
• Work remotely for up to 3 weeks a year, in the UK or abroad

You’ll need strong Revit skills and the experience to lead a project through the later RIBA stages. There’s no fixed post-qualification experience requirement, and candidates who aren’t ARB-registered will also be considered if they have the right project experience. A notice period of up to six weeks is preferred.
