Architect

Konker is recruiting for a Project Architect to join an established and growing architectural practice based in Warrington.

With around 25 years of experience and a team of approximately 15, the practice has developed strong, long-standing relationships with a wide range of clients and continues to build an exciting portfolio of work across the commercial sector.

The practice is predominantly retail-focused, alongside a growing portfolio of leisure projects, particularly gyms, with projects ranging from smaller schemes through to major developments valued at several million pounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join a friendly, established team, take ownership of projects, and work across a varied portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have around 5–6+ years’ architectural experience, with previous experience working within a commercial environment and, importantly, running projects from inception through to completion.
